My journey at Franplast started in the R&D department, working alongside the laboratory manager in the development of compounds and formulations. A valuable technical background that I now put at the service of customers in my new role as Italian Sales Representative.
My path started with an ITIS diploma in Chemistry, with a biotechnological focus, and developed through various experiences in the Quality department, always in the industrial sector.
Right from my first interview with management and Gabriele Ercole, I recognized professionalism, vision, and a strong orientation toward growth.
This new sales assignment represents an exciting challenge for me. I chose Franplast because it is a dynamic company that invests in training and offers concrete opportunities for personal and professional development. The environment is young, open, and collaborative: from day one, I felt like part of a team, and not just a function.
